In order to request a pre-made PvP team you must fill out the following fields:

PvP Bracket (EX: 20s, 30s etc.):

Wanted Classes:

When you want to do the PvPs:

How many PvPs you plan to complete:


Please keep in mind time-zones when scheduling and event.
